| everything else is just food. perhaps a potato, or some veggie with salsa...but right now...im gonna work out and suck on a candy cane. peppermint is good for hurting tummies like mine. 107.. not bad i guess :/ edit: one baked potato (100cals, surprisingly) 2tbsp salsa=10cal, and 1tsp of parmesan cheese=120cal for a delicious lunch. then i worked out, for an hour biking, burned 247cals. :) what a good day. <333 |

instead of eating the sorbet...so yesterdays cals are around 700 i guess...... 709 to be exact :/ for lunch TODAY i had a bowl of Campbells chicken noodle soup, 120cals for about a full cup...healthy choice one, with less sodium. :) |
